About Chaucer Property Services

We are a family run business specialising in bathroom and kitchen renovations. Over the years we have also taken on conversions in all of a home’s room types using our skills from bathrooms and kitchens.

From plastering, painting, tiling, and carpentry to flooring, fencing, roofing, and brickwork, we undertake all jobs with the same professionalism and high standards as if we were working on our own homes.

Project management services are also provided; we will organise outside trades where necessary, as well as suppliers, appointments, and deliveries.

Outside of Property Services, Peter and Stuart are keen cyclists, and have ridden from London to Brighton in aid of the British Heart Foundation.
